Chef Joseph Capozzi
The East Pole’s executive chef, Joseph Capozzi, describes his cuisine as “simple, yet elevated home cooking with an emphasis on the freshest and highest quality local ingredients.” He delivers creative combinations and new takes on classic dishes. Chef Capozzi brings a wealth of experience to The East Pole and has worked with many of New York’s celebrated chefs including Daniel Humm, David Bouley, Geoffery Zakarian and David Burke. His approach to hospitality leaves patrons with especially memorable dining experiences. When he is not in the kitchen, he is spending time with his wife and son in Long Island City, Queens.
